I am really pleased with the way this is going...
I think I will be changing background to something with a smaller pattern and a lighter color. It still looks a little blocky so I think I will change some of the hard lines to something more organic. I need a new photo also.

So, this is the end. I did not accomplish what I had hoped, that being a live website for myself. I am, however, closer than ever :) I have finally decided on a design and I can see the finished product in my head, which for me, has to happen before I can complete anything. My site will be basically one page that scrolls. It will be constructed with Div's. It will be centered with a nice background. Sections as follows: About me at top, which is really outside the box for me as it will have a photo, next websites then logos, layout design, when my newsletter opens it will have turning pages, already got the software and graphic design next. Order may change. All of the images will be displayed as thumbs(a little bigger) and when clicked will open with Lightbox. Further down a section about services in general with a link to open a new window with a page that outlines prices ect. I think I will include a section for favorite links or something like that at the bottom.

After struggling with the use of a photo of a mouth or lips or blah blah blah for my logo, I decided to draw my own!! Go figure!! As well as any other graphic elements on the page....DUH.

I am so confident about my decision and as I said, I can see clearly now, (gonna be a bright, bright bright sunshiny day :) that I have started putting it together in DW.

I like the scrolling page idea, it is clean and simple. I also really like the Lightbox effect and you can apply any styles you want.

All in all, I learned a few things about myself through this class this term.

I have also cleaned up my resume and will be emailing it to a company in GP that is advertising for a position as a graphic designer.
